Training has greatly increased my strength levels. I feel more energetic throughout the day. Though I haven’t lost even a gram on the scale, I see loss in inches and it shows so am really happy.

After joining Movement inc I realised I could eat everything in moderate quantities. Something which I struggled with in the beginning, but now feel am able to do it better.

I think I have now sort of gotten the hang of moderating what I eat and it’s no more binge eating or mindless snacking. This realisation has really helped me. I believe I can sustain this for a long time to come .
