We offer a three month subscription which costs Rs 15000. The following are the steps for signing up:
STEP 1: Call us to schedule an assessment. This gives you a chance to visit our facility, get to know the coaches and talk to them about your goals and history. The coach will put you through a relaxed 15 minute drill to figure out how you move and how to approach your one-on-one sessions should you choose to sign up.
STEP 2: One on one sessions. A assigned coach will teach you how to perform a basic set of moves safely, efficiently and most importantly correctly. This step helps us personalise the program by picking the right set of exercises for you to perform given your flexibility and strength levels.
STEP 3: You join the group setting where you put into practice what you learn in the one on one sessions. The group setting is a closely monitored, intensively coached and structured program which is designed to make you stronger and progress to perform harder variants of exercises and improve your endurance levels.
STEP 3.5: We guide you on picking the right foods and eating the right amount of food for your goals based your height, weight, body composition and food preferences. The idea is to produce a client who understands portion control and knows to identify the right sources of protein, fat and carbohydrates in their daily eating
STEP 4: Talk to your coach who is monitoring your progress. Ensure you are on the right track and figure out how to make the program work for you. Most clients choose to re-sign at the end of three months. At a minimum, your endurance and strength levels are better than when you started.
